Air is essential for all life, all the earth was filled with air on the second day of creation. Genesis ( 1 : 6 - 7 ). Without fresh air we would not live for long. Every cell in the body must receive a constant supply of oxygen, so our lungs can work properly, the blood circulates around the body is well oxygenated, keeping the organs strong and healthy. Even whilst sleeping air should be constant, leaving the window slightly open or the bedroom door open will aid you to sustain that constant supply of air.
The air around us is a precious blessing form our creator, who loves his creation.
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul. ( Genesis 2 : 7 )
